You know you are messed up when...

You know you are messed up when you get sick and you are happy about getting diarrhea because you know the scale will be down the next day.

    Yeah, that's true. I'd be happy too.
    But you know what? You're not messed up in so many more ways than you are. And everyone has parts of themselves that are messed up. We have to work on them.
    And someday maybe we'll feel awful about having diarrhea.
